FAQ

NOTE: At checkout, please make sure that your billing information matches your credit card billing address exactly (i.e., street/ city/ state/ zip code). In many cases, submitting a valid credit card number with an incorrect billing address can still result in a hold on your account. If this occurs, please note that those authorizations will drop off your account within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further questions.

  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    No. All orders must be placed online at this time.

    Can I cancel or change my order?
    For standard shipping orders placed within 45 minutes, you may cancel by visiting sending a message and select the order you would like to cancel. Successful cancelations with be confirmed via email.

    How will I know if your order has been received?
    Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, text us at 1-813-449-2983.

    What do I do if I have a question about my order?

    Can I order or ship Jesus Did It! products outside of the United States?
    JesusDidIt.shop does not accept orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, but you can place an international order by calling us at 1.813-449-2983.

  • Original Gear Marketplace does offer pickup at 11311 Boyette Road. Riverview, FL 33569 (Sundays between 10am - 1:00pm). Additional options are available, but need to be pre-arranged; contact us via text at 1-813-449-2983 to make arrangements.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    Due to products being made to order, orders will take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 2 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.  For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.
    Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

    My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
    USPS / UPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local office.

    Shipping Address Issues
    Original Gear Marketplace / Jesus Did It!  WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

    DELIVERY ISSUES
    All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.

    Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
    Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

    OVERSOLD ITEMS
    It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.

    URGENT PROCESSING
    Urgent processing guarantees that your order will be processed before any general orders from that date. It does not guarantee a faster delivery time.

    How to add a Promotion Code:

    Sitewide promotions will automatically be applied once an eligible item is added to the cart. One-time use promotion codes can be added at checkout in the "Apply Promo" box. Please ensure that all requirements are met and that the code is typed exactly as given.

  • Our Commitment Against Counterfeiting

    Jesus Did It! and its parent company Original Gear Marketplace, Inc. care about the quality, workmanship and authenticity of every product we sell. Counterfeiting is illegal. Counterfeit products do not undergo inspection processes and often do not adhere to safety, health and wage regulations, including child labor and human rights laws. Counterfeiting has been linked to organized crime, child labor, and terrorism. Counterfeits can also harm the economy, including through lost revenues, jobs and taxes. It is estimated that counterfeiting costs the United States economy 250 to 500 billion dollars a year.

    Our Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting Efforts

    To help protect our Jesus Did It! brand and consumers from counterfeits, we work with law enforcement and customs officials in the United States and around the world to stop the shipment and sale of counterfeit goods. We also monitor online and offline channels for counterfeit merchandise.

    Authorized Channels

    Authentic Jesus Did It! products are sold by Original Gear Marketplace retail and outlet stores and online at www.jesusdidit.shop, www.ogmarketplace.shop, or at authorized department stores and specialty stores. We do not respond to requests to authenticate product or identify authorized distributors. Please note that if a deal or price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. We do not sell our products at flea markets, through street vendors, or in kiosks in malls. Be wary of counterfeit websites which claim to be "official." Websites offering counterfeit product often use misspellings of the actual word "Jesus Did It!" in the URL. They may also imitate the layout and overall appearance of JesusDidIt.shop. These websites may also appear on search engine results. Auction websites may have counterfeit goods available for purchase despite language on the product's listing claiming that it is "authentic."

    Reporting Counterfeits

    You can report infringing and counterfeit listings through our counterfeit reporting form, which you can access here. You can also make a report by calling our counterfeit hotline: 1-833-768-1778. We work to combat the unauthorized production and sale of counterfeit Coach merchandise, and appreciate any information you could share to assist us in our efforts. Please provide as much information as possible, including, for example, the location of the merchandise and the type and number of products being offered for sale. Providing as much information is helpful to our anti-counterfeiting efforts.

    Counterfeits can be reported using the form and the hotline anonymously. We only use your email address to file and investigate your report. You have certain rights under applicable privacy laws. Please see the applicable privacy policy at the footer of each of our brand websites in the country in which you live for more information on our data handling practices.
